Tango Pro is for individual users and small teams looking to document and share processes with additional features, while Tango Enterprise is built for larger teams or entire companies who are looking to drive adoption and compliance.
Upgrading to Pro is on a per seat and per Pro Workspace basis. When upgrading to Pro, you will need to upgrade all the members in your Workspace as well. You can decide who should have Admin permissions and who has Creator permissions at checkout (or after checkout). Additionally, upgrading one Workspace account to Pro does not automatically any other Workspaces that you may be a member of.
With Workspaces, you can invite other Tango users to view, edit and share their own processes with a single invitation. Workflows are stored in Drafts until you decide to move it to Team Library.
When upgrading a Workspace with 3 or more teams, the Workspace will be upgraded on Pro Team pricing, which starts at $15 per user per month when billed annually, or $20 per user per month when billed monthly.
