Hi! I am Celia, I’m an Engineering Manager here at Tango. I hold a PhD in CS, and spent my early career in academia as a professor, teaching and researching in software engineering and applied NLP. I then transitioned into the startup scene, joining Posh as an engineer before stepping into management.
Outside of work, I stay active with lots of strength training. I’m also a huge specialty coffee enthusiast, a dedicated Lego builder, and a big fan of video games!

I’m a snowboarder by winter, paddle-boarder by summer, UTVer by fall, and back to powder days in the Spring. I love my Colorado adventures and seasons but still a San Diego gal at 72 degrees and sunny at heart!

I'm from northern New Mexico, but these days I'm enjoying life in the Hudson Valley in New York. Outside of work, one of my biggest hobbies is running (especially trail running), so I'm often looking for great new routes and trails to explore 🌲

I’ve co-founded a startup, worked in enterprise, built tech in the custom home space, and used AI to solve connecting substitute teachers with classrooms in need, but I’ve found I thrive most when the team is small and the problems are big.

Hi, I’m Sri, an AI Engineer at Tango! I’ve spent the past decade working in AI/ML—starting with research during my PhD and moving into building real-world SaaS platforms. I enjoy working at startups and love turning machine learning into features that actually matter to users.
Outside of work, I’m usually hanging out with my wife and dogs, experimenting in the kitchen, or playing soccer.
One day in a secret underground lab in Chicago a team of non-credentialed scientists combined the soul of a hippie, the creativity of an artist, the drive of an entrepreneur, the edge of punk rocker, the simplicity of Seth Godin and the relentless tenacity of a toddler and thus Marc Hans was born into this world! Since his initial launch, subsequent versions have removed bugs as Marc has been an inner city school teacher, non-profit founder, design thinker, podcaster, father of 3, and now Sr. Content Creator at Tango making knowledge sharing and process adoption effortless. He can be bribed with donuts, coffee, long talks about the Grateful Dead.

Dan Giovacchini is COO and co-founder of Tango, with 10+ years focused on high-performing teams and business processes. He previously worked as a B2B SaaS investor at General Catalyst, analyzing and working with companies like Airbnb, Stripe, and Livongo (Teledoc), before attending Harvard Business School and leaving to build Tango.
Since founding the company, he has developed thousands of internal processes and worked with hundreds of customers on process design and execution. His writing has appeared in Training Industry, and he regularly publishes on operations, enablement, and workflow automation. He is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and a Brown University graduate, where he was a football team captain.
